Donations to the Xenon Foundation

My fellow hair & beauty professionals,

For decades, many of us have made contributions to many charities in hopes of finding a cure for so many catastrophic diseases. Unfortunately, we are still waiting for these cures.

In the mean time, many of our fellow hair and beauty professionals are faced with trying to survive financially due to a catastrophic disease that has invaded their lives. Too many of our peers have no health insurance, no savings, no paid sick days, and no benefit packages to help them through such a catastrophic illness. Sometimes, they are often faced with selling everything they own, in order to survive, pay bills, medical expenses, doctors, prescriptions, medical supplies, or round-the-clock nursing care. As an industry, many of us are considered a risk for bank loans, credit cards and etc. We are often rendered helpless, with no were to turn in time of trouble. For those of you who have gone through this, either personally or with a family member, you know how these costs can financially ruin a family.

We can no longer wait for the cures, we must unite as an industry and financially help our fellow hair and beauty professionals stricken with a catastrophic illness NOW.

In addition to financially assisting hair and beauty professionals stricken with a catastrophic disease, Xenon wanted to preserve the future of our industry by offering, "The Xenon Scholarship Program". Individuals qualifying for the scholarship program would be given an opportunity to attend a beauty school of their choice, in order to obtain a license in cosmetology field. Therefore securing the on going existence of our profession.

Xenon was one of the greatest teachers of our time. In his memory, let us all take part in the gift of giving.

All financial assistance and scholarships will be issued according to the guidelines set forth by the appointed Board of Trustees of The Xenon Foundation.
